To order you can fill up the Google Form or copy the form below and send me a message in Discord, Twitch or Reddit. You can also shoot me an email if you are not part of these platforms. Click on the icons above to message me in any of them.

  • By ordering a commission you hereby acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service: (Yes/No)

Process:

  • After accepting the commission, I will send an Arty.ooo link for payment. You do not need to sign up for an account to pay, you can pay directly by Paypal.

  • Upon payment, You will receive a digital copy of my Terms and Conditions agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

  • Once the payment has been confirmed, I will send 3 sketches for you to choose from.

  • After selecting a sketch, I will then create colored variations for you to choose from.

  • Once a colored sketch has been selected, I will then start lining/ rendering depending on the style you've chosen. Any major changes from this point onwards will incur an additional fee.

  • Updates will be sent daily or on a weekly basis if the client wishes for it.

  • Once the piece has been finished I will send a final update for final revisions.

  • If there are no further revisions, I will send an Arty link that will contain a watermarked and a non-watermarked version for you to approve. If requested, I will also send a copy of these files to your email, or any social media you prefer, just please know that some platforms will compress these images.

  • When I have submitted the files, Arty will email you an Approval Code to gain File Access.

  • Once you've approved the Arty link, the transaction is completed and you will be able to download the files.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a commission you hereby acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

I. GENERAL

  • The process of creating the commission will be streamed on Twitch and may be subject to recording unless requested otherwise.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a project or a client for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to post wips and finished pieces in my portfolio and other social medias. Client will be credited in it's debut post and in my carrd.

  • Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

  • All finished commissions are considered digital goods and will have no physical product.

  • Client cannot claim the commission as their own creation.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or NFTs.

II. PRIVACY

  • I reserve the right to stream the commission process on Twitch unless the client requests for a private commission in the ordering process.

  • Client may request to not show the reference images that they have provided while the commission process is being streamed or recorded.

  • Private commissions have an extra fee of 30%.

  • Client may request for a delayed public showcase for a +10% fee.

III. PAYMENT, FEES AND REFUNDS

  • All payments must be in USD.

  • Client must pay the full price upfront. Will also accept a 50/50 if the client requests for it.

  • Client may use Paypal, VISA or Mastercard as payment options.

  • All transactions will be conducted using Arty.ooo to prevent scams, Arty will withhold the funds from me until the commission has been approved and received by the client.

  • I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

  • Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.

  • I can only refund around 80% if there are errors in PayPal fees, taxes and/or transfer fees.

  • If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

  • You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

IV. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

  • Client will receive a .png/.jpg file, the standard size is 2480x3508px (A4) at 300 dpi and can be changed if the client requests for different dimensions and proportions.

  • Client will receive a Watermarked and Non-Watermarked version of the finished piece.

  • Client will receive a digital copy of the Terms and Conditions.

  • Client will receive a sketch for approval before continuing.

  • All updates and wips that the client will receive will be watermarked and in low resolution.

  • Finished pieces will be sent in Arty for you to approve. Client will also receive their files via email.

V. REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK

  • I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image after 100% of the payment is completed.

  • These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as an attachment in the email or a DM.

  • I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

  • Client may give live feedback while I'm streaming the commission process

  • I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the Sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time.

  • Up to three major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.

  • Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me.

  • Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.

  • Any changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.

  • After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

  • In the absence of feedback from the client, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.

  • I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

VI. COPYRIGHT

  • For personal commissions, client may use the artwork for non-commercial, non-promotional purposes.

  • Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics.

  • The Client cannot directly alter the artwork itself (eg, the Client cannot change the hair color or other features of depicted characters, etc).

  • The Client cannot use or submit the artwork for artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) training sets, nor process the artwork through generative models.

  • Client may choose to credit me with a link to any of my socials if they choose to post the non-watermarked version of the piece. It is not necessary.
